The frames for our stretched canvases are crafted from eco-friendly radiata pine, responsibly sourced from renewable forests. Our framed canvases feature sleek black pinewood frames for a modern, sophisticated look.

We use a state-of-the-art printing process that combines a unique canvas coating with UL-certified GREENGUARD GOLD inks. This results in the highest quality images that are both stunning and environmentally friendly. While we do not currently offer custom sizing options, our carefully curated range of sizes is designed to suit a wide variety of spaces and preferences.

Yes! We want to make it easy for you to display your new wall art. Each frame comes with soft rubber dots on the back corners, providing ample support and ensuring a stable, level hang. Saw-tooth hanging hardware is also included for your convenience. Please note that while a wall hook is not provided, our included hardware makes hanging your canvas a breeze.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Contact our customer service team immediately with your order number to process the cancellation. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer expedited shipping options. We understand that receiving your wall art in a timely manner is important, which is why we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. If you have a specific deadline or event for which you need your wall art, we recommend placing your order well in advance to account for both production and shipping times. If you have any concerns about receiving your order by a certain date, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
To serve our customers better, we have fulfillment centers strategically located in the United States, Canada and Australia. This allows us to efficiently process and ship orders, reducing wait times and ensuring that your wall art reaches you in perfect condition.
We take great care in packaging your wall art to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Each canvas is sealed in plastic wrap and then securely placed in a sturdy cardboard box. Our custom boxes are made with recycled materials and are designed to fit each product size and/or order perfectly. This allows us to use 28% less cardboard than the industry standard. Additionally, our specialized machinery in all facilities minimizes the use of tape, plastic, and other packaging materials, further reducing our environmental impact.

About Returns & Refunds
Since our products are all print-on-demand, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by submitting this form. We offer a free reprint replacement or a refund in such cases. Please note that you will need to provide photos and videos of the damage because, without proof of damage, we will be unable to process your replacement or refund.

Due to our on-demand printing process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or for changes of mind after purchase.

We will either offer a free reprint replacement or a refund for the damaged product. Please be sure to include photos and videos of the damage, as, without proof of damage, we will be unable to process your replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to resolve such issues promptly.
Once we’ve received your request and determined that your product is eligible for a refund (due to damage or a manufacturing error), we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
