Order Processing: All orders are made on-demand and will be sent to production if not cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this 24-hour window, cancellations are not possible as the production process will have begun.
11. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
On-Demand Philosophy: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or if a change of mind occurs after the purchase.
Damaged Products & Manufacturing Errors: In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, V² Design Co. offers a free replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, please contact us directly with your order information and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Artwork Authenticity: All our artwork is created digitally, offering a modern aesthetic that complements any space.
12. Production and Delivery Delays
Production and Delivery Delays: Circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, supply chain disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, postal service delays, or customs processing delays, may affect production and delivery times. In such cases, we will communicate any significant delays to you promptly.
13. Lost or Damaged Orders
Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or tracking information. We will offer a free reprint or refund for valid claims. If tracking shows the package was delivered but left unattended and subsequently stolen, this is considered the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot replace or refund items in such cases.
