Our On-Demand Philosophy

We pride ourselves on our sustainable, on-demand printing process. This means every order is uniquely produced for you at the time of purchase, ensuring that no material goes to waste and every piece is made with personalized attention. Because of this unique approach, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or if a change of mind occurs after the purchase.

Damaged Products & Manufacturing Errors

We stand by the quality of our products and the accuracy of our production process. However, we understand that errors or damages can occur. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, V² Design Co. offers a free replacement or a refund. This policy is valid for up to 30 days after delivery.

To initiate a claim, please use our “Submit Issue” form on our website. You will need to provide:

  • Your order information.
  • A clear photo & video showing the issue.

Our customer service team will review your submission and contact you with the next steps to resolve your issue promptly.

Artwork Authenticity

It’s important to note that all our artwork is created digitally. This means that the pieces do not include physical paint or texture enhancements. The beauty of our art lies in the precision and clarity of digital design, offering a modern aesthetic that complements any space.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or for changes of mind after purchase.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household members and neighbors. If the package is still missing, we recommend contacting your local postal service for further information.

Please note: If tracking indicates that the package was delivered, V² Design Co. is not responsible for replacements or refunds in cases where the package may have been stolen or misplaced after delivery.
